Making the Public Opinion on the Internet measurable
You cannot think of everyday life without the internet. It is becoming more and more important for the exchange of opinions and recommendations: By now the majority of German customers is informing themselves before buying on the internet. World-wide, about 78 percent of customers trust in recommendations by other clients. Therefore, customer ratings and reviews on the web are read and discussed particularly often. In other words: You get to know from the web what your clients and customers are thinking about your company, your products, and your advertising – firsthand and undisguised. WebScreen WebScreen was developed by the Medien Institut in co-operation with media scientist PD Dr. Wolfgang Schweiger (TU Dresden) and is based on a multi- staged approach conception.
